I've noticed a few times that when I go into a store (most recent was tesco express last night) I feel like I'm about to faint. I don't know what the stage before the actual faint is called but I reach that stage and have to hurry to leave. Im convinced that it's something seriously wrong with me because I don't physically feel nervous in the shops.
Mine was Morrisons! It's anxiety playing tricks.
You won't faint but if you try breathing nice and deeply into your stomach your anxiety will ease.
Concentrate as much as possible on getting what you need.

Mine is like this also even when walking into a shopping centre I get really dizzy and rush home but recently trying to help myself by watching videos and talking to my anxiety and letting it be ok to be there it does help but baby steps at a time..
Maybe it happened to you once and now you associate it with that place? You are subconciously thinking it will happen so it does?
I get it with feeling crappy as soon as I wake up.
