Hi all merry Xmas. Im 3 weeks into taking 30 mg citalopram and the anxiety is cripping me iv had to take 2mg x2 a day of diazepam to help me settle. Took one 2mg yesterday and by 2pm today my anxiety was through the roof again wondering if I need to reduce my citalopram as never had this anxiety at 10mg and when on 20mg it wasn't as bad???
I'm on 20mg of cit and was on it before and it helped but this time I'm 19 days in and I'm still having panic attacks and take 0.5 ativan. Idk what's going on!!
Hi nick I was on it before also and was fine I never had any anxiety stopped it in March and have been back on it since the last week in October it's strange how this time it's having this effect on me
Ik that's how I feel. Its weird. I wonder if our bodies grew a tolerance?
