Hi everyone I'm sat in bed been awake since 4am can't sleep but I'm so tired 
I had a massive argument with my boss on Wednesday and packed my job in can't cope anymore not knowing if I'm working with jackal or Hyde felt abit up set went to bed fine but woke up in middle of night burning knot in stomach restless I'm on sertraline and have been for many months but wondering if to go back to see dr cos maybe my dosage needs changing thank you for reading x

Was packing your job in a good idea? I suffer with cronic anxiety and depression and was sacked in january because of it. My gf pays my rent and bills but now shes had enough of it. Im going to lose her and my home and very scared of the future. Im on agomelatime and mirtazepine which arent helping to much. And i need to find work but none out there. Look i hope you get well but dont be unemployed to long. Im 54 please message me steve
Hi steve I haven't been happy for a long time in my job it was him who put me back on my tablets a year ago i never knew if I was working with jackal or Hyde so for my sanity and health I had to leave I went for a interview yesterday so fingers crossed been back to Drs tonight he's lovely so he's upped my sertraline just till I get over my stress period
