I'm a teenager and have been suffering with anxiety for over a year now with the fear that I am going to be sick. I find it difficult sometimea to leave my comfort zone and limit the things I do because I'm scared and its affecting my family a lot. I keep having moments when I get upset because i want to be able to go out and enjoy myself without being stressed or scared. Should I go for hypnotherapy or go to a psychiatrist? I already go to CBT?
I've been going to CBT since June last year but even my family have said that it hasn't really helped me improve and we want to look for another form of treatment to try and get out of this anxiety, I've been told hypnotherapy is something that I should consider?
