Okay guys.... I made the mistake of googling again and my anxiety is taking over.. Badly.
I have this hardish lump in my left bicep. It doesn't hurt when I poke it and mess around with it but there are times where it aches on its own.... and about 2 or 3 weeks after finding that lump in my arm there is an isolated pain in my right rib cage..tender to the touch but there is no lump.
Now when I googled this everytime there was pretty much only cancer that came up... I'm obviously going to make a doctors appointment but does anyone know ANYTHING else it could possibly be???
The amount of anxiety I have over this is taking over my life
The more you worry about it the worse it will make you feel. The two pains that you are describing to me seem like they would be unrelated. Try to put your focus on something positive and stay away from Google because it's always wrong and it Google also never went to med school. Hope you can relax somehow soon.
Its most likely absolutely nothing. People have random benign nodules all the time, I had one in my breast when I was 23 (in 26 now).. They said I had lumps covering my entire right breast, and they were all nothing to worry about.. I'm sure your anxiety may just be telling you it aches along with your other aches.. High chances are it is absolutely nothing. Stop googling.. I'm a woman and my symptoms once told me it was testicular cancer haha! Which shows how unreliable Google is.
We have googles and paid the high price of panic as a result. Just know when you are full of anxiety somehow dr. Google will show you the worst case scenario on Earth. It is rarely correctly searched and rarely a correct diagnose. Id say 95% wrong. So forget dr. Google. If you are worried about a physical lumo go to a dermatologist or your gp and get it checked out. No need to keep this fear alive.its most likely a cyst or a innocent lumo of fat under skin depending on its size but always easier to get it examined. Thats what doctors are for 😏
