ive been on escotalopram 20mg for nearly 6 months now. back story is i never noticed i had anxiety until one incident pushed me over the edge and threw my chemicals off according to the doctor. on a regular basis this medication helps with anxiety. i still live daily with the tingles and anxious feelings. my biggest issue is i have theses moments where randomly my body will burn up (mid section) and typically vision will go funky to the point where i have to close my eyes from freaking out. in ways it feels like im going to pass out. i also get head tingles and pins all day in my temple area. is this a side effect anyone else experiences due to anxiety and medication use or should i be looked at for possible future seizures? when the head issues occur and i lose my sight and get dizzy i typically have to physically shake myself and my head with my eyes closed. just looking for insight. if its not seizures maybe i need to talk to gp about other meds.
