I have aspergers syndrome, bad, and ocd and have found only three medication combinations useful for anxiety which is part of my condition. Off label my excellent psychiatrist briefly tried me on pregabalin, topiramate and lamotrogine that worked, low dose xanax with fluoxetine that helped the most and premarin(conjugated estrogens) with high dose ssri like fluvoxamine which helped. As my psychiatrist is willing to prescribe things off label and in combination can anyone suggest an idiosyncratic means of using medications I or my psychiatrist might not have thought of
