The majority of my anxiety is headaches off and on and a ton of other weird and sometimes painful head sensations. I am so scared I want to ask my Dr for another MRI of my Brain again. The last one came back normal but I'm convinced something is seriously wrong with me. I dont get dizziness hardly ever anymore but I get pains and other weird feelings I can't focus sometimes I get migraines here and there and this feeling of doom that I am going to die from brain cancer or I am going to have a seizure which is mmy most biggest fear of them all
Hi Jenni
I also get all my symtoms in the head area, pressure in my head, tingling, dizziness, feeling like I was black out. Apparently this is normal , my neurologist told me this yesterday. If you have had an MRI already and it turn out all fine I would have to say it's your anxiety. Stress will also bring on migraine and tention headaches. I still have the same fear as you even though my doctor told me I am ok. It's hard to believe sometimes that anxiety can do all this to your brain. If you want a second opinion to make your self feel better then get one. It's your right
These doctors in the usa are not comforting! They make me feel like im bothering them and thats with having actual health issues. I get this inner ear twitch lately and noone cares. And now dry eyes. Eye dr. Does care i also have an optic pallor thing. But noone connects stuff.
I was getting headaches and was told stop all nsaid completely. Had a rough week then headaches did start getting better. Rebound medication thing. Only reason i did all that was got tinnitus sound and one ent told me can be from pain killers. Way better then it was but i have other issues going on.
If you would get a seizure they would be more proactive. Sadly. Maybe. They need more mayo clinics and we have none on this coast. And city doctors are great for bones and stuff. Theres one hospital in nyc columbia that does nueromstuff but first you have to find a nuero doc that works there then go thru all visits and such which is very time consuming and adds on on copays and whats not covered by insurance. All aggravating.
so we end uo crawling back to the same dr. For the same thing they couldnt figure out in the first place. Then we get anxious and that band wagon they jump on. Stupid after a while. Pain and chronic weird stuff makes a person anxious formpetes sakes. Better care, more pro active care would help more then debilitating a person by not helping them.
I think i got random but i really understand the frustration level, and dr, google makes it that doctors are bright and will figure stuff out but it is like they dont care too. Thats why i have a hard time teusting dr google because they give textbook scenarios and lists tests drs arent even able to run for insurance reasons and lack of knowledge.
See another doctor if you can. Nuero. Or headache specialist. And start over. Maybe thats the answer. They can always obtain past records from another dr. Thats the conclusion im coming too.
Hi Lisa yes this drive me crazy but my doctors do see me just to ease my worries and I appreciate them for that
Yeah I get a bunch of head sensation and scary feelings in my head the freak me out I had a MRI about a year ago but I want another one just to make sure I'm.okay . I've also had my eyes checked twice last year and my symptoms aren't 24/7 but they are there its a scary feeling
Hello there, I'm like that too past few days.
For me ,it's one symptom after another after another, it never lets me rest.
Today , as my period is over I got a nice treat of one of the worst headaches I ever had as well as pressure in my nose, in my eyes basically everywhere. Excrutiating pain too and had a feeling of ightheadedness for a week and so, feeling like im about to collapse. Also, been getting sharp pains on my temples, other parts of my head too, almost every part. Also my neck is bad too.
I can't focus either which is only normal with anxiety and all that pain.
Don't you worry, you;ve been tested.
I haven't had an MRI , waiting to have one , pretty convinced I'm dying ugh
Best of luck, you've had this for over a year, you know it's your anxiety and a way to show itself up.
Yeah my head has been hurting pretty bad these past few days sharp pains in different parts of.my head all kinds of horrible tingling g and burning scalp feelings tightness sore scalp and the list goes on
Honestly, you are probably fine. If you’ve already had an MRI and it came back normal, then you are okay. It is most likely just anxiety. I’ve had chronic migraines for two years and recently my symptoms have been worsening. I’ve been worried about whether or not I had an aneurysm, a stroke, or even a brain tumor. All of these ideas are you in your head. I understand that it is a hard pill to swallow. As I have had trouble coming to terms with the fact that anxiety can be the source of these extreme symptoms. Maybe try visiting a chiropractor. Your spine has a big influence on your head and getting spine readjustments can help you to feel better. I would also suggest seeking a therapist and beginning therapy sessions. I’m sure you’ll start to feel better soon and I hope you’ll begin to overcome these feelings.
