Anxiety or have I got something ?

hi all

im at a loss, i had oral sex back in agust and then gargled sea water 2 days later as i felt a soar throat coming on , 3rd day i started getting an ulcer, blood blister coated tongue and later flu symptoms , its not 5 months later i still have a coated tongue , mucus and frothy spit
all sti are negatuve and swabs for thrush and bacteria

can health anxiety cause you physical symptoms im trying to hard to understand ?

Health anxiety would not cause the ulcer, blood blister, coated tongue or flu symptoms. what did the doctor say? Do they have any idea at all what’s going on? Any more testing to be done?
