HI, im a 20 year old female. with a history of anxiety. im also a smoker. um i started having this arm pain in my left arm.i started freaking out a bit. so i decided to take a bath to relax. which helped but once i got out i all of a sudden started having this weird chest pain under my left boob. its kind of like a dull pain. Im freaking out because im also sick and i continued to smoke while being sick. and i just dont know if its anxiety or a possible heart attack. ive never had a heart attack before, and i dont think i have a history either. please help.
I’d have a doc check out,we aren’t usually doctors on here and heart attacks can have some very subtle signs. It probably isnt one,probably best to check though.
hi Blackbutterfly, I have same pain, left boob pain or below left boob rib, I’m also a smoker, I’m 47 years. the thing, this comes and goes hand in hand with anxiety. I have freaked out so many times and yet stopped myself from going to the ER, I have myself checked once a year by a specialist and be reassured for a while and then a whole lot of anxiety symptoms appear again. You need reassurance and would advise you to have a checkup, best of luck with mega hugs
