Greetings, I'm male (27 years old). I have had constant loose stools and bubbles in urine for more than a month. Uncomfortable mild abdominal pain as well as muscle twiching all over my body. At the same time, I am experiencing sour taste back in my throat. Does all of the symptoms related to each other. FYI, I have been concerning about HIV since 2 months ago and tested negative at the 4th week after exposure.
It seems unlikely to be HIV, but more likely to be something else rather than anxiety. With symptoms like that, you should see a doctor though.
You will continue to test negative for HIV and all other STDs your not alone in this and many people have had the same symptoms and never get a diagnosis. I'm not scare mongering here but this is something new. Pm me if you want to discuss further. I went through the same just around a year ago (nightmare)
