I dont know if i suffer 4m anxiety im confused..but my doc says so..
I dont hav chest pains or choking feeling but have other symptoms lik feel my body and hands r shaking,restlessness and unknown fear due to a sensation inside my head..pls help guys

Although i dont have those symptoms. My son did. So yes sounds like anxiety could be involved.
Try meds if it helps then its anxiety if not look for answers other possiblities
This sounds like anxiety it thrives off fear.
