Hi Emma
Firstly I cant comment on your physical well being however i feel that your doctor has been extremely unfair and unprofessional in their approach to you. Yes, humor is allowed however not when dealing with patients with mental health issues.
Your issue is most likely anxiety related and nothing to worry about however why dont you get it checked out by another physician?
Good luck and take care.
