Anxiety or?

Hey. So something happened to me for 10mins. I started to feel very weak, shaky and my heart was pounding hard and fast. Was skipping some beats also. I didnt had any black outs or flashes, but I felt like it will come. Feeling was like if anyone knows when you really want sweets, for example chokolade and you start shaking, feeling weak. Now im afraid something is wrong and cant forget it.. But it wasnt a panic attack, because I never had weak or shaky in panic attacks. I felt also little discomfort in heart area, like someone is grabing my heart a bit. I had ECG tests some months ago, blood tests and etc. Everything is fine. 

Hey pal , I had the same in work today but only lasted 10 seconds or so , it was a flutter more of a pounding heart. I have had an ECG done the other day and everything was ok and if something was wrong o guess it would of showed up. But I have been feeling week all the time with a slight headache but I am going to get my eyes tested and also have an appointment with the doctors tommorow for a suspected kidney infection which could be the cause of my weakness. I had pains in my chest but I'm only 16 so I guess if the doctors were alarmed when I told them they would of sent me for further tests other than the ECG I had. We appear to have some same symptoms and I hope this helped a wee bit and made you feel a bit better ?

I have had severe panic attacks.they happened in public.It felt as though I would surely pass out.heart would flutter off beat.It is very unnerving.I avoided public for longtime .turned to alcohol and drugs .in order to get sober 6 yrs ago I began type of relaxation exercises and breathing exercises.This eventually worked wonders.I can still get a panic attack once in awhile but I am able to breathe .I became conditioned to relaxing while breathing so when an attack occured the awareness of not holding my breath slowed the anxiety.do the relaxatin exercises when you are feeling well.watching tv.So you can do it at will when you need it.It will give you something to do and divert your attention .It is a healthy action.Often people wait until they have an attack to do relaxation.then it seems like it doesnt work.

I used to get panick attacks..my symptoms were,extreme nervousness,fast heart rate,shakeing,at times i was close to hyperventilation.If I was in public alone..the need to leave,raceing mind and at times palpitations.
