i know i shouldnt ask people to diagnose me but im rly having issues figuring out what im sick with... im not asking for a diagnoses maybe just a guess? or tell me if its sounding like a flu or cold? or bronchitis or pneumonia? symptoms are; SUPER stuffy, runny nose a bit of a sore throat really tired CANNOT breathe a bit of an upset tummy and sneezing. chest tightness REALLY BAD and a bit of pain.. feels like an elephant is sitting on my chestt... thankyou!
Chest infection or maybe flu. Loads of people off at my place of work with the exact symptoms, upset tummy, diarrhoea, coughing sore throat ect. Lots of it going around hope you feel better soon xc
