Has anyone had panic attacks after having too much sleep. This happens to me and is distressing as I can’t go into work. I work night shifts. Any feed back would be appreciated. Thanks.
many people have panic attacks and increased anxiety, after waking up in the morning. that’s because when you are sleeping, the stress hormone cortisol increases. So it could be that if you sleep a very long time, those cortisol levels are very high.
