Question over time does the meds help with the physical pain. Only been on them for 6 weeks it's getting better but I want to know if it will go away. I know you can have good days n bad days.

Sure you will have both good and bad days so long as the good days outweigh the bad days. And when you think it doesn't, turn around and look back at the good days and reflect!😀
physical pain?????? like what . you get stiff jionts and head ache ect ect but not serious pain
I am on Flouxtine. Physical pain like tingling arm aches on n off chest pain ball stuck in my throat. I woke up today not feeling like me last two days were great.
It sounds like this could be anxiety thats causing these symptoms. If you feel anxious have you tried relaxation methods like deep breathing. Anxiety can cause a variety of symptoms and our negative thoughts are what causes anxiety.
I'm presuming your anxiety is causing you the physical pain and not the other way round? Med's did diddly squat for me (good or bad),so I stopped taken them after a few months. Once I came to terms with the fact that my anxiety was the sole reason for my pain and discomfort,they slowly disappeared.If the meds help lift your mood,then it's only logical that the physical symptoms from your anxiety will cease.
