Anxiety?? Since March??

hey guys.. it's a really long story but here goes.. back in March I was supposed to take an out of state vacation.. about a week before I started to feel like I couldn't catch my breath and I felt like my back would hurt when I breath.. I went to a doctor and they did a chest x ray and ekg and didn't believe it was cardiac related but pretty much said it was anxiety.. I continued to struggle with those symptoms and the day I was supposed to travel I developed a weird chest pain and freaked and went to the ER.. they did another chest x ray, ekg, and drew labs.. didn't think it was cardiac related but believed I should follow up with my primary care. Well I did and she thought a lot of my problem was anxiety and acid reflux. Well fast forward to about a month ago.. I feel like something is stuck in my throat/chest, sometimes get short of breath, dizzy, both off my arms ache, my chest has a pressure right in the center, back pain.. I went to the doctor Wednesday where they did yet another ekg and don't think it's my heart and referred me to a GI doctor. I feel like I am losing my mind.. I'm constantly thinking I'm dying even though they have told me they don't believe it is my heart. I can't live a normal life. Anyone else had similar symptoms with anxiety?

hi brittany, ive had similar symptoms with my anxiety ive learned that even the healthiest of bodies sometimes have sensations which are 100% normal and because we fixate on those symptoms they become more amplified and last longer, thus becoming more anxious. if youve had 3 different doctors or tests done im pretty sure your heart is fine, there are loads of muscles in our chest and it could be one of them that hurt. the breathlessness and dizzy spells are anxiety id say, and i what helped me was when i was told. if it was a serious heart issue, the pain and sensations would get worse not go away and come back.
i hope if helped a little
