Seriously, i need help now.

I honestly can't go on like this?

What are my options?

I feel like i'm going to have a break down.

I'm so scared.

If you are in the UK then contact nhs24 or your go for the short term for some advice, they will then help you get something longer term in place, either meds or therapy. At times like these it's best to contact your gp or other service for reassurance as soon as u can,it can make a huge difference 

I'm already undergoing Therapy, and taking Citalopram. I don't want to go on more serious medication. I'm in the UK, in Kent, yes.

Hey buddy, I've been there plenty of times it's horrible, no one understands you and you feel like you're going crazy, just be assured it's common and you're not gonna die, what I do is lie down put my hands on my stomach and breathe slowly and deeply, when I'm having a panic attack, but if you're anxious all day then a cheeky diazepam will work, is there anything that's worrying you, or stress? Also I have a hot shower to relax my muscles you should try it... 

I really worry about my future, i've seperated from my girlfriend. I've lost all my friends, due to the relationship. I'm always anxious!

The first thing you need to do is repeat these words, "I can do this."  You can go on.  You are not alone.  We are all struggling with this in one way or another.  If the meds you are on are not working, you need to talk to your doctor about a different path.  You don't say how long you have been on the medicine, or how long you have been therapy.  Both will take time.  You can come here anytime that you want to talk, but your words, "I can't go on like this.", means that you really need to talk to a doc or your therapist now.  Let them know that you feel this way.  There is hope. Try some deep breathing to calm down.  Then REPLACE your anxiety with something else.  If you think, I'll never have friends again --- replace that with I am looking forward to having new friends soon.  If you think, I'm not going to have a great future --- replace that with I am looking forward to a great future.  Most of our worries never ever happen.  I"m starting to realize that.  Someone said to me, 99% of the things you worry about never happen and the other 1% that does can be worked out and fixed.  So we spend most of our lives worrying about things that will never happen.  I am believing that you will have a GREAT FUTURE.  And...you now have new friends on here.  Seesmile I hope this helped!

 

Have you been take some medication which caused such an issue is your diet fine, I would advice you to get a medical checkup from an expert and stay in touch with your friends and family so you dont feel alone.
