Anxiety so bad when I am suppose to have my period

haven't had a period since April. My body Aches all over especially joints when my period is scheduled than anxiety starts. It is horrible and overwhelming. Eventually goes away and I feel normal again. Anyone experience this?

Yes all these symptoms go with peri/meno , in fact that's how mine first started was the joints were excruciating, but then I had a blood test that came back positive for rheumatoid arthritis, but had none of the joint pains until I started peri/meno, then the anxiety that puts you into a whole different world it's so bad you don't even know what to do with yourself, mine just kept getting worse and worse, these symptoms really are unbelievable, you really feel like your dying at times, mentally and physically THEY ARE BAD!!! And for me I had a hysterectomy when I was in my 20s so I have no idea what my cycle would be, I do have ovaries but I think they dwindled off years ago after having my hysterectomy. Sometimes when I feel myself ovulating which is not too often anymore I find I get a little relief in my symptoms, and I just figure that that would be my body trying to have a period, but I feel ovulation maybe once every 6 months now, so that's my body skipping periods (if I had a uterus)when I feel nothing, and then my symptoms are off the charts! Hang on its a very nasty ride but eventually you'll come through to the other side, but I'm not going to lie it's going to be ruff! My aunt always calls me to check on me and says her worst symptoms lasted 2 years that were unbearable and then slowly tapered off, but says it was a real mental time in her life! I'm not taking anything just riding it out cold turkey!!! Good luck and look into vitamins and changing your diet to all natural no sugar or processed foods will help a lot.

I do! I ache all over and am so tired I have to force myself to get up and go.
