Last year they put me in hospital to try ans cure my depression but it didn't. M anxiety is now so bad that if I go out alone I freeze to the spot and if I try to carry on I fall down. Somebody then kindly helped me home but if I tried again the same thing would happen, I feel anxious from the moment I wake up, it also affects my ears for some reason I have become noise sensitive Gonna try to get a Docs appontment but not optimistic because as I'm under a psychiatrist they wont change my meds, but I have to try. Been depressed now for 5 years on and off what a dreadful illness this is.
I dont know if you have seen a psychiatrist however it seem that you need to get evaluated by one and if need be he/she can change your medication. I too suffered with depression and at one time had terrible anxiety. I had to switch psychiatrist and she place me on a new medication and it really helps a lot. Good luck and god bless.
Thank you for your reply. Seen a psychiatrist there's only one here unless I went private he wants me to do therapy first.
