I've sufferd anxiety for a year worse year of my whole life.following a break up but got back with my partner and I was still left with anxiety.. I was at the last straw so I went on anti depressants made me worse .I went CBT wow good info but still I ain't better the real me.. I try to relax calm my self I go gym and yes I'm starting to see me peep through some days.. but yet now I have symtoms ever other week 1 week my arms ache so bad (muscle tension) next my eye are blurry and feel heavy next I feel sick now it's headaches with ear kinda ache and mild buzzing noise
I just can't get away from anxiety symtoms even though I'm not anxious
Symptoms can still pop up even when your not anxious. It happens to me all the time. The problem though is people are trying to get rid of them. That makes it worse. You have to learn how to be comfortable with the symptoms. Once you become okay with your symptoms the less they bother you and the less they appear
It will get better we both are dealing with certain storms almost the same .. u have had test done and my doctor assure me I am fine .. I don’t take medication!! They gave me Xanax but u don’t feel the need for them because I don’t want anything that will make me worse I do worry a lot and become stress that I have tightness under my chest all the time .. I am living with it and I learn to try and keep calm and do things that will make me feel at peace .. I lay down and relax my mind also I drink lots of water and tea .. u have to try and relax your mind and focus on things that positive and try to forget theneagatib if u can .. I know u can do it u have to really focus ..
