Can you get anxiety symptoms even if you aren't feeling anxious? Why do they come about randomly? And then that's what starts making you feel anxious? I don't get it....
Well, I would say yes from personal experience. Usually it will be brought up by triggers. I have axiety meds I can take when needed. I take them once a day but am able to take them up to four times a day if needed. My advice, pay attention to when you get those anxious feelings. Is it a person, a thing you do that you used to do that was part of a traumatic life experience, or a thought of something. I have become aware and I am.trying to eliminate or reduce the triggers to reduce my anxiety. Sometimes I can't help it -- like a dream. Don't know much about you but if you aren't already, therapy helps. Not just to talk about it but discover what your triggers are. Good luck!
Hey yeah I suffer from anxiety symptoms but don't feel anxious most of the time, I was put on propanalol and it really does help
Sometimes it's a subconscious thing so you don't know you're anxious about something but you are actually. Hope this helps x
I get like a really tight feeling in my scalp and weird sensations in th scalp as well.. And then by having this I get so anxious and makes them worse. And sometimes I tell myself it's just the anxiety that's doingnit, so I will feel relaxed and not so anxious and they are still there and do not go away it's just really annoying and I'm so over it!!! x
Maybe its time to see a doctor and explain your symptoms. It could be happening for so many reasons. Could be thoughts or maybe a scalp issue.
