Anxiety Symptoms without feeling anxious?

I don't feel anxious and I'm not having an attack so Im a bit nervous. Is it still possible to have the symptoms without feeling anxious or having an attack? I feel like it's hard to breathe, short of breathe... I don't think I feel anxious. But my anxiety has been through the roof lately, plus depersonalisation on top of that. My body has been under a lot of stress. Today I'm just trying to focus on the positive and not put so much thought into when I can't remember something, or I can't for a thought, etc. Does anyone else experience this? I'm 31 years old now, and I have had panic disorder since I was 9. Can anyone relate?

I can I have gad and it focuses on my health so I don't feel anxious but I am worried about things if that makes sense so it's like subconscious anxiety x

I feel the same way. I've managed to crawl out of depersonalization but still suffer from shortness of breath sometimes once a week or several times a day. Exercise really helps and learning breathing exercises too. I'm able to relax by looking up (Ya I know it's kind of a niche thing but it helps me a lot) asmr videos to chill out and 20 minutes later the shortness of breath gets better (sometimes just "better" not necessarily going away). I also remind myself that it's not 'real' and there will eventually be relief. We can control the anxiety and it will get better.
