Anxiety symptoms?

I'm worried if I might have contact with someone has the covid. Yesterday my nose was runny and I was coughing a bit due to a scratchy throat but it did stop when I woke up this morning but I feel like it might happen again. I always make sure to normally wear my mask properly whenever I go out in public and barely take my mask off unless I'm really far away from that person to catch my breath without feeling like I'm about to suffocate. I also been very fatigue but it has been really cold in my house so it's hard for me to leave the bed since I just want to stay warm mostly.

you’ll never really know for sure unless you get tested. Even if you get tested, and say you were positive, they would just tell you to take care of yourself at home unless you have severe symptoms.
according to the CDC A recent report stated that , people ages 0 to 70 have a 99% survival rate, much higher than was previously thought. ages over 70 have a 94.6 % survival rate.
So you may just have a common cold, allergies, and even if it’s Covid you may just have very mild symptoms.
just take care of yourself, get your vitamins, vitamin C you can get easily in orange juice, build up your immune system with vitamins, healthy eating, stay hydrated with water. everything will be fine

Thank you so much Jan for the advice. I really appreciate the help. Hope you’re having a wonderful day and stay safe!
