Anxiety treatment complex

Hi all,
I was recently reading scientific published peer review papers on the anxiety treatment. I developed it 2 months ago and these months have been ■■■■. Lexapro did not kick in fully yet, I am not being able to find a psychiatrist- everyone busy with COVID issues. Anyways, I cam along to this study:

it compares medical treatment with non medical, and reports better result with sport, dietary change, therapy and ashwagandha than with medication and therapy alone.
