Hello

Your back pain could be posture, the way you sit or walk can cause some pain. That can be sorted by learning how to sit etc. i suffer bad backs and I was taught posture by the Physio. There are books on posture at BOOTS or some of the health food shops, give that a try

All the best, you know where we are

A temporary magnesium deficiency (gets used up in anxiety attack) often leads to muscle pain or cramping until your magnesium level gets back to normal.

I absloutely no not recommend a supplement in pill or capsule form. I do recommend a pure magnesium spray. You just spray 4 or 5 sprays on any part of your body, rub it in thoroughly, and in less that a minute or two....pain gone.

It doesn't matter where you spray it, as it penetrates the skin immediately and goes where needed. It will feel a little sticky, so I usually spray in on upper thigh. Do wash your hands. I am an eye rubber, and you don't want it to get in your eyes. Just leave it on until bathing.

If pain not totally gone quickly...do two more sprays. It works for me every single time.

i went through a period last year when I reached sixty.

You are given various tests and you get various call ups from hospitals for scans etc. When these were going on I was getting more uncomfortable and I became over critical of the sensations I was feeling throughout my body. I wonder now if I had not been called in for age related tests I would have not become sensitised to various sensations in my body.

It is a problem with anxiety we worry and that just causes us more concerns of what is going on around and in our bodies. I am now trying to not worry as much.
