As soon as I wake up, I start shaking and my heart racing, any one suffer from this x
Yes I do - it is anxiety and awful.

Well I have had this for years now. But it can disappear for years also. Then come back and I don't know why. It is your mind overthinking stuff. You need to release it and without a shadow of a doubt, exercise does this, as does meditation. When you meditate either with music or just quiet, touch your thumb and first finger together like in Yoga. The thumb represents fire and the first finger represents air and touching the two together tells your brain it desperately wants calm, and it does happen,
Another way I have found is to hold your thumb for about 10 mins, this is acupressure and it activitates the vagus nerve in your throat which induces calm. I have panic problems when travelling with hubs if we meet a trafic jam and I have just learned this one and when I hold onto my thumb my shoulders which are usually up high around my neck, are down. Then I feel calmer for the rest of the journey. All about googling and reading books I find. There is something which will work for you.
