Anyone with severe fluctuating neck,shoulder,shoulder blade pain and the worst globus sensation...Neck hernie and neck kyphosis accompanied by high level of anxiety.Which one is culprit?Muscular pain on these parts caused by anxiety or vice versa?Any idea or any experience?
Being anxious causes a lot of stress and tension on neck and shoulders so my guess is that it’s related to anxiety

I have terrible back of the neck pain, shoulder blades and sometimes arms and jaw. I believe it's related to anxiety because I went to the drs and they said muscle strains 🤷🏻♀️ Who knows really... but I completely feel your pain
I have bad neck pain and back pain due to being so tense and stressed all the time
