Anxiety worse in mornings

I've been upped to 40mg 7 weeks ago and still feel really anxious in the mornings. Any ideas how to get this away? The rest of the day I feel good.

Hi I have a similar problem, when I get up I have to rush about and be out of the house pretty early so don't have time to get myself straight in my head so I'm usually anxious for almost an hour most mornings, once I've fully woken and had a chance to stop rushing I generally calm down. Weekends are different as I can get going at my own pace.

What is your morning routine like?

When feeling anxious, I lie down and put my earbuds in and search on YouTube for guided mindfulness meditation's. They completely calm me down and I can get on with my day.

 YouTube also has meditations for anxiety, depression, etc. if you're having a panic attack you can search for panic attack emergency and they guide you through it. 

 also when you're feeling that way you need to do slow deep breathing. Breathing slowly through your nose and make sure your belly rises.   Then breathe slowly and out through your lips As though you are blowing out a candle.  Notice how the air feels coming in through your nose and out through your lips. Do this several times as needed. The purpose of this is to bring yourself into the present moment  so you don't think about a zillion other things which brings on anxiety.
