I'm on 20mg of citalopram hav been for 5 wks and I'm still feeling terrible any advice please

I only took citalopram for two days then my private psychiatrist put me on escitalopram (a newer form of citalopram). It is for depression and anxiety with less side effects. It works like a miracle for me.
