Tonight I experienced something totally different than my normal anxiety attack. My insides of my body got extremely hot, I could feel my heart beat in my ears as well as hear a swooshing sound like what a baby's heart beat sounds like through and ultrasound. I tried breathing no help. It lasted for over 30 Minutes my heart felt as if it was going to explode. My hands felt numbing but tight at the same time? I also got excruciating stomach pains. Didn't know if I had to poop or puke. After this past in a little over 30 minutes my stomach still hurts and I've got diarrhea. During this is was really dizzy and also felt like I could of fainted any minute. I couldn't walk nor could I sit. Sooo weird, anyone else ever experienced this?
I have. It's really scary. Are you on any medications at the moment? Were you doing anything that might have triggered any of these symptoms?
Yes i have had something similar... It felt like i was on fire and it seemed like i lost control of my body functions.... It is the fight or flight in your brain being activated by your anxiety... Just a nasty panic attack and can't harm you but. It's very unpleasant at the time
I was prescribed xanex , I quit taking it over a month ago. So I'm currently not taking anything for it. I was having a good day. I just went to use the bathroom and thought I heard a noise outside, I put my fingers in my ears and I could feel my pulse in my ears. My hands felt like they were stiff but I didn't have the normal chest pains? It was very weird and scary. I could hear my heart beat very loud in my ears like an ultrasound. My whole body felt like a huge heart beat. I hope it's never that bad again scariest thing ever.
