So I've been suffering with anxiety for a while now, I've had rare ups and mainly downs. Symptoms from Breathing problems (Still quite bad) dizziness, chest pains, huge fear of a stroke/heart attack ect. I was really bad for the last month, didn't even leave my house I was a mess. Over the last few days I've been doing abit of yoga, intense workouts (more for self confidence) and breathing e xcercises. I feel a little bit better in myself don't get me wrong I'm far from normal but it can get better. Don't lose hope if you're in my boat, take advice others give you and keep faith. Less than a week ago I posted on here saying I wanted to kill myself but now I'm feeling much more positive I even start a new job tomorrow. Just gotta keep myself calm and relax.
I tend to feel better when i exercise too. I've lost 20 pounds in two months for a total of 35 pounds since March of this year. I felt better the part couple weeks but lately been eating a little unhealthy so it came back so i don't know.
Keep going at it, the better you look, the better you feel! Great effort in losing that much
I had to. I have high blood pressure so they have me medicine to open my arteries and am walking. My BP was down a lot my recent doctor visit but still high. I was stage 2 hypertention now I'm prehypertention. So its a start.
I have high blood pressure too and I'm only 23, pretty awful for someone my age and alot of my anxiety started when I found out. Positive thinking is the best thing. Positive mind is key to beating it, easier said than done though I know
Nice going mate
Mainly down to you haha
Haha when we're better first pints on you
First lines on you then
Hi,
I've been through exact same symptoms that started abour 3 years ago and I consider myself healthy right now just to give you some hope. What helped? It's either magnesium or me quitting the job and moving back to live with my parents then travelling for 3 months. Take care.
😂 I only do lines of conga these days.
Hey! When you say magnesium how does that come about? Curious x
Yeah well if it makes you feel better I'm only 21. I feel more safe being on meds but it doesn't mean i can go back to my old ways. Got to stay focused.
You can get calcium / magnesium supplements either in tablets or liquid form. I was taking one called oseteopath or something. Tasted nice and I did go through a change whilst taking it.. but I mainly took it to stop my muscles twitching (which is thankfully did stop!)
When I went to pharmacy to buy magnesium I was recommended magnesium + B6 in powder form as apparently it gets absorbed more easily. Also I saw a private neurologist who after doing MRI and other tests prescribed me gingseng and nattokinase. I assume he prescribed natto because I told him I experience numbness in my limbs sometimes and gingseng is to protect brain from aging. I haven't bought either of those yet as I've been feeling better than ever anyway.
Ah right thanks! That's ace you're feeling well again! Hopefully I'll be like that soon and I'll definitely check out tablets you mentioned.
