I've suffered really badly with anxiety and panic attack 2 years and it's really getting me down, I wake up in the morning and it hits me till bed time it's hard going through the day trying to be normal, I've tried everything but nothing works in on meds but not Working, I hate all the horrible symptoms I can't seem to shake this off, any advice please

Have you tried listening to meditation, I listen to some from you tube and does relax me sometimes. Nothing I would normally do but since having anxiety I tried it and found it was really good. It's worth a try π

yes mine started in my twenties and I can completely relate to you. It took me a long time to figure out what to do because doctors don't help much except prescribe medication. I'm talking it took me years and years and years because when I first got symptoms nobody was using the Internet and I had no support and felt like I was the only one in the world with this! It was terrible and my parents just didn't know how to help me. I'm in my 50s now and I got in control of my anxiety.
I think something that could help you a lot and helped me a lot is listening to "guided meditation for anxiety" and panic found on YouTube. When I would wake up in the morning and feel that anxiety and panic building up, I immediately got my earbuds, lay down and listen to either the guided meditation for anxiety or "panic attack emergency" where they guide you through the panic attack. there should be several to choose from. I know the anxiety meditations are numerous.
just do a search on YouTube for either one. I do this a couple times a day and they completely relax my mind and body in my symptoms really diminished if I have any.
ANOTHER One that you should definitely do related to the panic is called " five minute mindful breathing meditation". search this on YouTube.
This is very important for panic because what you want to do is be in the present moment away from the fear of panic. This brings you there. Do this often. Especially when you feel panic coming on.
I went to counseling which helped me a lot also. It feels good to talk to someone in person who specializes in anxiety.
If there's anyway you can get a hold of a book called Mindfulness, it teaches you all of this and shows you how to regain your peace of mind and happiness. It is a white cover book with what looks like a ball of tangled string on the cover. It's definitely worth reading!
so the main thing here is to calm down the mind which will calm down the panic. Anyway you can find peace and relaxation, do it.

So I have to put up with side effects
