I kept getting a red face when I feel my anxiety coming
And acting like I'm guilty of something ihavent done its messing me head up please help

You're not a attention seeker. Your Anxiety is causing the "flushing". Its a real problem that affects millions. Try to remain calm and distract yourself. Go for a walk, jog, music, exercise, keep your mind busy. It could be stress related.
