Hi all I am really struggling with chest pain arm pain nausea light headedness anyway I've just been stood making a cup of tea and everything started going white very nearly passed out is this really anxiety or something else
Passing out isn't really a common symptom of anxiety although it can happened from prolonged extreme stress. Have you seen a psychiatrist or a doctor to evaluate your symptoms? Probably nothing serious.
I have an experience with chest pain, heart papls lightheadedness, nausea, dizziness, all that. If you were about to pass out your probably wouldve gotten extremely dizzy. May i ask how old are you & if you drink a lot of water?
You need to make an appointment to see your GP and explain your problems.
He is in partnership with you, to make you well

I'm 39 and I'm drinking water now think I need to drink more
I've been to the gp and a&e they all say it's anxiety gp give me fluoxetine and propranolol and some lansoprazone for acid reflux but also gave me naproxen for the pain so the lightheadedness and sickness could be a side effect
I've been she wants to see me again in a month but might have to go back earlier
I experience all that too and also wonder what else is going on with me. I've actually fainted when I stood up and struggled with dizziness, vision going when standing up. I also have been struggling with really bad anxiety and panic attacks since 1998. I'm going to my first naturopath doctor and she is going to test me for adrenal fatigue and hormones.. she says hormonal imbalance can cause a lot of issues. I'm hoping to get answers soon... Stay strong , you are not alone
Anyone dealing with anxiety needs to stop any caffeine intake that includes coffee including decaffeinated tea including decaffeinated, sodas like coca cola, Pepsi anything containing caffeine of any kind, chocolate. For people dealing with anxiety caffeine can exacerbate the anxiety greatly leaving all kind of side affects.
So what can I drink then 🙈
Hello Angela
If you need to reduce of cease drinking Caffeine, you will be able to drink de-caffe there in no reason why you cannot do this.
I take medications for Anxiety and depression and I still drink tea and coffee, you need to be able to live your life. Keep to Dee-caff if it worries you so much.

Thankyou and I will do
That is fine Angela
I drink black tea and coffee, I only have on with milk in so it works out as three coffees and three teas a day. I only mention De-caffe if you feel that will help.
Like you I do drink fruit drinks about two a day. I have a small glass of milk with my medications before bed.
You are doing ok
