Symptoms normal or not.

tightness in my face

dizziness

weakness one side

heart pulpation

ringing ears

slerd speach

Loose stools

sharp pain in the head

stiff neck

this beeing going on for one year since my first panic attack. Done everything. My question are this symptoms and more for anxiety. Please answer yes or no. Thanks to everyone

Thanks you have no idea how good you guys made me feel living with this symptoms everyday is hell but at least ill not dye from anxiety. Thanks
