Suffer from heavy Anxiety, As I M 27 yr old male. I have done 2D ECO, CST , Many ECG's, Blood Cholesterol N Every thing is normal. I M taking Homeopathic it relief's me for same days & when ever I heard about and heart attack related Dead, my anxiety gets tagger very high & i need some Anti-depression tab or sleeping tab... plz help me from this if any one knows.... Anxiety is cruel, it has or gives real physical symptoms but this is all created in the mind. You must remember that when it bites you again. Take deep breaths, try to calm down, think rationally and about something positive.
It is good that you know where your problem is. Now you need to work on it. Do things that make you happy. I know it is easy to say but difficult to do. You have to find a way to come out of this anxiety issue. I hope that your doctor will help to feel better soon.
