Hi I'm wondering if anyone is on sertraline and had the dose increased I was on 50mg and had the nausea blurred vision tiredness but it wore off I've been on 100mg for 7 days and having the same side effects is this normal and will it wear off
From experience I can say that tiredness and nausea are normal and quite common. I'm not sure if burred vision is normal but it would probably be best to talk to your doctor about that if it is having a large effect on your day to day life. Side effects should wear off within a week or so. If they are severe, seem to be getting worse or don't get any better then talking to your usual health professional would be advisable.

You will need to allow time for the increased dose to work, another three/four weeks may do it. Be patient
