Anxiety?

Hi all after a few good days iv started today with a strange warm feeling in my arms and legs like they are really hot but on the inside a bit tingly too is this just another symptom of anxiety??

I believe so, I get tingly or buzzing in my feet and legs at deferent times can last a day or a couple. Hard to ignore on go on with your day without having panic over it. But try to relax anxiety has crazy symptoms

Thank you! It feels similar to the adrenaline rush you get with panic attacks but nowhere near as severe just weird!!  Trying to ignore it x

Sometimes if we have been out in the cold then enter a warm area the blood vessels will expand and allow more blood to circulate. Also if you have a shower or bath you will get warm and your circulation will improve. Same applies in front of the fire etc

Sounds normal, if unhappy chat to your GP

HI. Yes it is normal. It's adrenaline pumping through your body. When you feel.panicked it gets ready for the fight or flight. Your blood pressure will go up and adrenaline will pump round your body. That's the horrible tingling feeling you get. I had it and it's horrible. Try going for a walk or do some exercise. Good luck

UGGG...currently dealing with this for weeks now. Went to the E.R on Wednesday to be checked out. My labs came back a little wonky, doctor thinks it might be Thalassemia, Hashimotos, and anxiety all in a nice big ball of yucky symptoms. Was referred to 2 specialists I cannot afford but story of my life. So I sit here and type this while my whole body is buzzing away, my palms, bottoms of my feet, and face get super red and warm too, but its like there is something crawling on me, tingling, buzzy, horrible feeling. Good luck to you

Yes It's anxiety I had this same symptom and I got so scared and called the ambulance thinking I was having a heart attack I was warm all over. And both of my arms was burning on the inside. But It was just anxiety.. so every now and then I still get that feeling and I just ignore it and tell myself it's just anxiety and eventually it'll go away
