My husband has been saying I'm fat I know for the past 2 weeks. Since Jan 2017 I had my very first experience with anxiety;I wasn't eating very down and it just really took a toll on me.When I lost the weight he was saying I was skinny and telling me how bad I looked at that time I wasn't eating sweets or drinking sodas because I didn't know what my triggers were. Then to make him happy I started back eating junk food and drinking sodas and I've gained the weight back but not all of my weight from before. I'm feeling kind of down from it what do you all think.
I had a similar issue I started drinking more water I started a 5 minute walk every day
I think your problem is your husband...not your weight!!! It sounds like no matter what you do he isn't happy and is always going to give you a hard time. I don't know what your relationship is like outside of what you have stated here but trust me, I've been divorced twice, you don't need a man! Especially one who is going to tear you down and not help build you up. Maybe your feeling down because you are giving him too much control over your self worth and self esteem. I suggest counseling for the both of you if you are going to make things work. People with anxiety need to be with people who are loving and supportive and very understanding and know how to deal with and talk to us. Good Luck!

What a pain in the butt your husband is, you need to ask him what He wants from you, you go back and diet, you will just let him fester as you take your life into your hands and please yourself what your needs are.
Does your hubby need to lose weight ? You know what he would need to do

Yes he does...it just feel so bad for someone that supposed to support you to tell you that
You are right
You need to demand some respect from Him,
Was He A good catch, can you pull him down a bit, it would do him good

If your husband is talking bad about you, you need a divorce. You should never have to feel insecure.
