So recently I’ve been going through some stuff emotionally and it has a lot to do with my daughter since she had multiple surgeries.... it has placed my worries at an ultimate high. But it’s far deeper than that.... I’ve also been going through some relationship issues, along with family issues..... I’ve been having these sporadic headaches and weird sensations bringing me to and from the hospital multiple times. My blood pressure and vital signals were all normal but I have like these weird sensations in my head. It started off as headaches and the weird sensations such as ear pains, jaw pains and then like weird sensations in my face like numbness. It feels like one side of my head is bigger than the other.... it also feels like every now and then I receive ice pick headaches which only last for seconds..... it’s like a dose of electricity shoots through my head throwing me off. I start thinking the worst like something is brewing in my brain and I’m dying or so. Start looking up brain tumors and aneurysms but every time I go to the hospital they tell me it’s stress. What should I do?

Could it be with your stress you are grinding your teeth, this will affect the jaw and possibly give you headaches.
Have your teeth checked if you have not had them done for a while, if you are grinding your teeth jaw pains may extend to the ear. The real problem could be anxiety although the Dentist may help you with the grinding of teeth.
However you are concerned with a cancer, in this I would talk to your GP and put your mind at rest Although the Relationship problems and your worries regard your dauter will make anyone stressed hence teeth grinding

I do grind my teeth and I think going to hospital over and over again and then finding nothing wrong is stressing me out. It feels like I’m losing my mind. One side of my head feels heavier than the other and I just feel so weird
I have had a lot of friends go through this. And here are some things you can do to calm that stress and keep out of the hospital. Either one cold ice pack on the wrist and switch it around time to time to other wrist calm.
And or two wet wash clothes one on each wrist and one around the back of the neck for full body calming a lot faster. This also causes Gas and acid in the stomach to flare up all this stress, so becareful when your that stressed not to eat anothing so set off a body response like you been having, also pick up some cheap muscle rub and have someone put it on your back of neck over shoulders upper back middle back and lower back. this will help calm you down as well. In the morning you might wanna try some kind of gas relieve pill before you eat or activated charcoal this will soak up gas and any bad toxins in the stomach giving you maxium relieve. only take 2 to 3 at a time and drink plenty of water behind the more water the faster and better it works usually only takes 10 to 15 minutes or less to kick in. I hope this all helps

Get yourself down to the dentist, He can look at your bite and supply a device that stops the grinding
