Hi I suffer this I....

Constantly check my body for lumps

Goggle new symptons

Make doctors appointment constantly

Seek reassurance

Constantly think there is something wrong with my body i don't no.

Always think I have an illness

Blurry vision

These are just a few common anxiety symptoms of a list of probably thousands

Chest pain ( had mri all clear so symptom vanished)

Back neck shoulder pain

Rib pain

Clearing throat

Shortness of breath

I could go on....

my health anxiety been going on 3 year and since quiting smoking 2 month ago anxiety through the roof been to docs for some meds

I have had a headache,chest pain feeling lightheaded joint pain my heart beating so fast I did blood work MRI everything is normal I have convince myself I'm dying of something for the pass 2 months now

I get anixtey every time I get a pain or think about something is wrong I get a nausea feeling and nervous feeling in my stomache I can’t think straight I get brain fog it’s so annoying cause I try tell myself I’m ok but I still get like this what’s yours

Aches in arms ..weird pains in head not like normal head ache eyes heavy or blurry ringing in my ears ...heart beat racing butterflies in stomach dizzy sensation feeling sick...sometimes feeling upset.. ears feel blocked .

Everything you have really ... another 1 I get it's horrible it feels like missed heart beat in the middle of my chest just feels like my heart has jumped and feel like I can't breath for like 2 seconds I can it just feels like I can't...

Mine are:

Dizzyness

Headaches 

Electric shock feeling in chest and head

Numbness and tingling

Choking feeling 

Chest pains 

Pains in top of my back (lungs)

Cramp in my right leg all the time the list goes on.

I also get the feeling I cant breathe for a few seconds it’s horrible isn’t it, sometimes it happens when I am sleeping and I jump up in a panic.

Absolutely horrible isant it ... people say your gonna be fine it just doesn't feel like it does it at the time
