Does anyone else take propranolol for anxiety? Been prescribed these but haven’t started them yet?
Yes I have taken Propanolol for anxiety.
They slow the heart rate to make you more relaxed and less anxious.
They worked pretty well for me...
What anxiety symptoms did you have ( if you don’t mind me asking)
I do . Because my heart is racing so dr prescribed me that. It helps although it kicks in slow
My heart only races when I’m nervous or in an anxious situation which is most the time I go out 😩. Is this like you or ?
