hello I have had anxiety for 6 months now I did have it years ago and was able to over come it with Ativan which helped a lot . than I stopped taking it and was fine for 3 years but had a trigger that made it come back again but not as bad does anyone take benzos to help as a temp med . I know its bad long term but I am looking for positive out comes
