so ive had anxiety for so long and its like everyday theres a new symptom or every couple weeks when that sympton is gone then i Pay attention to a different one.. like lately ive having been heart palpitations a few times a day even when i feel like im doing fine and am not anxious or like thinking about illnesses lol and it freaks me out even tho im probably fine. ive been to the doctors so many times for all of my symptoms . some of my symptoms are feeling like i cant take a deep breath, weird head pains, nauseous, headaches, feeling like my eyes feel weird, and kinda just feeling weird in General sometimes i kinda feel like im moving but im not, and ive never had anything wrong with me about 3 years ago i had my first Panic attack witch i thought it was heart attack lol, i think thats what really scared me into thinking there was something wrong with me all time and from what Google said and doctors anxiety can make you feel weird or make your body do weird things & I guess im just wondering if anyone else with anxiety feels the same or has some of the same symptoms? and if so how to do you deal with it? id rather not be on medication but please give me some advice !! ****

The doctors are right. Anxiety can do all sorts of weird symptoms. Any symptoms related to anxiety will not hurt you. I know how scary they can feel but that’s all they can do. many of the symptoms are caused by the release of adrenaline by the brain. No need to worry about that.
Try not to focus on the individual symptoms because they can get worse when you do that. It’s actually not the symptoms that are the issue it’s the underlying anxiety causing the symptoms. You need to get the anxiety better managed in order to feel better. Symptoms are just your body‘s way of telling you that you have this anxiety. you can have anxiety symptoms even when you’re feeling OK.
Think of what is causing you stress in your life. Speaking with the counselor can be very helpful in addressing this and getting your anxiety under control. I know exactly what you’re going through because mine started in my 20s I had every symptom you can think of and thought I had some terrible disease. But my testing was all normal and the root cause of it all was stress and anxiety.
when you are feeling really anxious or panicky, the key is to get your breathing under control. There is a great short meditation for proper breathing and she guide you through your anxious or panic feeling. Go to YouTube and search for "don’t panic ". once you learn it, practice it on your own. It really works!
another is called mindfulness breathing guided meditation 10 minutes. There are also many other great meditations on there for anxiety I listen to them every day. you’re going to be OK. Keep practicing the proper breathing, do things that make you relax, take care of your health. ![]()
