why is it my anxiety is really bad when i first wake up on a morning it feels like its taking over my life.
Hi ive felt like this for over 15 YEARS,Its awful as day goes on it sometimes diminishes By the afternoon,Do you excercise even just a walk can burn off some of the stress hormones in the morning i myself find this hard but if you can do this it helps a little.
I’ve also had this so I looked into it, apparently in the mornings your body releases a chemical called Cortisol (stress hormone). As the day goes on and it balances out the anxiety seems to go away. Try not to let it bother you and just remind yourself that this is all that it is (cortisol) and nothing to worry about. I try to get up a little earlier and have a sit down and read and drink coffee or tea and relax that seems to help.
i have had this waking madness i call it. they give me valium. do you have meds?

Dear, morning anxiety is a result of excess stress and worries. So to overcome this, we need to change our living style i.e start morning walk of 30 -45 mins and thereafter meditation for 15 mins along with simple exercises. If you follow this in daily routine surely you will get some best results soon in 7 to 10 days. Good luck
I would say there can be so many reasons of morning anxiety . So no need to worry . Start exercising and meditation daily , you will get good results .Exercise & Meditation are the best things you can do for yourself in the morning, especially if you are dealing with an excessive amount of worry when you wake up.
