Anxiety

I have been on 20mg celexa for a couple months and im not sure if this is depression or anxiety related help me if you know but I had covid last week and was out of work for 10 days. i recently have been having this weird scared or anxious feeling like all my emotions are about to come out. its super weird it happens for like 5 minutes then goes away then I get this weird tunnel vision feeling like what just happened. I feel nauseous during this and then it will go away when I go to sleep any suggestions what this is?

It sounds like your having quick panic attacks basically. Thats what happens, rush of adrenalin and then tunnel vision as your body kind of cuts off blood flow for that fight or flight response. Its perfectly normal and cant harm you. Ive experienced a ton of them. They go away eventually, especially as your stress becomes less. Probably just a lot going on in your life with having Covid recently. Hopefully the celexa will continue to work and keep the anxiety at a more manageable level. Hope this helps!

okay thank you I was about to call my doctor and try to do a eeg scan but could just be stress from covid. I have a constant head pressure now though you think thats just from stress?

maybe you can help me and i can help you , thats how i have been feeling for a month now the way you described and i cant rule out health problems because im too afraid of the dr and what results might come i need help
