hi is there anyone out there had brain fog and shaky chest and muscles in arms and legs and feel like your going to cry if so how did you defeat it thanks

yes, those sensations are very common with anxiety and stress. I have had those more times than I can count. When related to anxiety or stress, they are harmless. They can come and go and increase when the anxiety increases.
Are you having any anxiety in your life lately?
Brain fog is something that occurs when your brain tries to protect you from the anxiety or stress. It sort of blocks things out again not harmful.
Stress and anxiety can take a toll on the body, and having weak muscles is very common.
If you haven’t had a complete physical exam recently, that could be a first good step to take. Everybody should have one anyway. Also, something that has helped me a lot is having a regular counseling session. Sometimes we learn things that we hadn’t thought of before that are helpful.
The more you worry about the sensations, the more you will have them. It’s not the sensations that are the problem. It’s the unmanaged anxiety that causes them.
Feel free to private message me anytime. Take one day at a time and take care of yourself by eating healthy, staying hydrated, going for walks, etc. but I really feel if you have something that’s causing anxiety, a counselor could really help you through this and you would feel a lot better. thanks jan im going away on holiday in 2weeks time i think its that whats causing it .i had a bad ordeal when on holiday a few years back .the fatigue is bad as well
