Hello, I've been anxious about my genital area for the past year; I don't have any sexual activity out of my marriage, but on October 2019 I got a mole removed from my shoulder and my skin got inflamed for a couple of months afterwards, I thought the tools used might have been dirty, although the health worker there said they're not, however, I've been afraid I might have gotten an Std, I think I'm obsessed and I relate everything to that incident. I really hope I'm wrong, Today I felt discomfort inside my vagina and noticed a bump, any idea what this is? please help
